High res Rafis 2018 HDDT skin upscaled and edited

Forum title: [STD/HD] High res Rafis 2018 HDDT skin upscaled and edited

A remix — an edit of somebody else's skin. Two people have a claim to the credit here, and where the archive's skin.ini names the original author, that is the name shown above.

One of the Rafis skins — every version published under that name, side by side.

No playable preview for this skin — its download host will not serve the file in parts, so we have never been able to open the archive. Other skins do play, and if you have a copy of this one it can join them.
